A post devoted to Sam has been long overdue...She definitely has the most pictures, since she loves the camera....Josh likes to take the pictures and she likes to be in them! It's a nice duo...
Anyways, describing how Sam has been is quite difficult with words...besides the fact that she IS difficult...too cute(fortunately for her)....knows every button to push to drive her big brother CRAZY(and her mom too, I guess)!! Pretty much, Sam is a Ham!! ;-) Here are some pictures to illustrate my point...The first 5 pictures are all from tonight...I was cleaning out my tupperware drawer(went from plastic to glass, thank you)...I turned around...and Sam is in the drawer....The next picture is a random kitchen drawer with stuff in it. However, the item that caused the excitement was the tiny hat in there...we have been looking for this little hat that goes to her doll her aunt christi got her...and well, of course, it's in a bottom kitchen drawer, why didn't I look there before?!?!
Our next jem came while I was cooking dinner tonight...she was quiet, I couldn't find her, and well, she's on the table...I suppose she was hungry?? I then attempted to distract her with a new toy...which was a white colander, she thought that was awesome and you can see from the picture what she thought it's best for....
Dinner was finally served(she will eat anything that is put in front of her, such a blessing) tonight was her first time having GFCF turkey spaghetti...as you can see she LOVED it....oh, and I found out that she does not like sticky foods! the next 2 pictures, she has no clothes on due to the spaghetti dinner...which I now realize we should have started out that way, but well, live and learn....Anyways, as part of the package with her doll came a food set for it. Sam tries to carry around all these pieces all the time..it's pretty entertaining to watch and all she does is move it from one spot to the next, sits down, fixes some food, stirs it, and then moves on to the next location....again, quite entertaining!!
Now the remainder are from the past few weeks. One morning as I was 'occupied' and relishing the fact that Sam was quiet and content(this is when I learned to go running and find her ASAP when I realize she has "gone quiet!") Anyways, I turn the corner and she is IN MY SINK grabbing at all my lotions and stuff...Hilarious and freaky all at the same time....
This is her while I've been re-organizing her room...can you tell that she's a climber??(Karen, you were SO RIGHT!) And the last picture is of Sam and I enjoying some 'food', but she decided to sit on the table instead of on the floor with me... :-) now..2 videos...
Ok first of all thank you for such a delightful post. I have tears in my eyes from laughter and from the fact that you sound like you!!! Next point, I think Samantha is related to Riley!!The climbing and the jumping look quite familiar :)
ReplyDeleteyes, I thought the same thing...Riley loved jumping :)
ReplyDeleteI have a climber & jumper, too. From what I have been told, climbers have very good problem-solving skills later on. Let's hope so.
ReplyDeleteHilarious!!I have lots of comments. Takes after Uncle Bryan, Eric was the more cautious child. You can just see her thinking as she jumps off that chair. You know many Lifetime Fitness Centers have climbing walls!!
