I hope that you had a wonderful, blessed Christmas this year! We had a great time with Eric's parents and brother...and we also celebrated Lee's birthday!!!
We were all very thankful that we were able to be together...even though some of us(Sam) started off sick. This was taken during the day on Christmas Eve...she's still adorable.
Since we were battling sicknesses and early flights there were lots of naps and resting happening.
Christmas Eve games included some of the kids' favorites...Spot It and Old Maid.
After the kids fell asleep...Santa stopped by!!! :-)
and on the other side of the house was decorated for Lee's Birthday!
It was just beautiful Christmas Eve when the snow started to fall...

Here we are Christmas morning...opening up what Santa brought....and then they dove into the presents under the tree....
I might have been more excited than they were about these candy canes...I finally found some that they could eat!
Josh was all about Captain America...and he was enthralled with the book...
Santa brought both of them new scooters...Josh moved to fast and here is Sam on hers....
Josh was a great help to his sister while opening up presents... ;-)
She was still not feeling 100%, but made it through....
now they were "helping" Grandma...
yay....new tea set!
Josh picked out a new Hello Kitty trashcan for Sam's room...He was so proud....

Sam's big gift was a doll.... :)
oh yeah...Josh had wrapped one of his gold medals from his room for Sam...he said it was because Sam is so good at gymnastics that she needed her own medal....so sweet..

I keep saying beautiful...but, it really was.....
They were playing a new game...
We had a yummy dinner that consisted of ham, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, and dressing! Delicious...and all was organic, gluten, casein, and soy free(minus the mac n cheese)!
YAY!!! I set up my camera to get a group picture....I think they turned out pretty good!!! :)
I told Josh that if he smiled his best during one picture that the next one we could all make funny faces! It worked!!!
So....after all the Christmas festivities...and the kitchen was cleaned.....we celebrated Lee's birthday! More eating and more opening of presents! It was a blessed time!
Oh...and here is Eric testing out his new outdoor chair...it is incredibly comfortable!
