"Go See Animals!!!"....

That is what Josh would say when we asked him what he would like to do for his birthday!! So, that's what we did. Eric got home from being on call around 7:30am and we were at the zoo by 9am(with a stop at Starbucks in between)!!! We had a great time. It was a perfect day to go because the sun was not out and there was a breeze, plus, it wasn't too busy the Sunday morning after the 4th of July! :-) We asked him what animal he wanted to see first, "Elephant!"

Then we asked him what animal he wanted to see next, "Giraffe!" I now realize not to do that because these two animals are on OPPOSITE sides of the zoo! :) However...we did stop and see some other animals on the way to the Giraffes...Zebras..

Overall, it was great trip and we picked up Chipotle for lunch on the way home!!
